JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting both management and team members. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with computers and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directives and work with people of all levels
  • In-depth understanding of the company's products or services

CORE DUTIES

  • Enter customer and part information accurately in the Quickbooks database when needed. 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and expense tracking.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Support project management tasks as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Help in shipping, inventory, and customer service departments when needed. 
  • Help other managers / team leads with miscellaneous tasks when needed.
  • Handling customer complaints and returns
  • Providing detailed explanations of services or products
  • Working with sales to create better methods to address customer complaints
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Communicating with customers in-person, through email, or over the phone
  • Receiving orders, calculating charges, and processing payments
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
  • Referring customers to superiors when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

HOURS

  • 1st shift position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
