This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by efficiently managing schedules, communicating with clients and service providers, and resolving scheduling conflicts in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule transportation services and language interpretation/translation appointments
  • Communicate with clients, drivers, interpreters, and internal team members to confirm bookings and updates
  • Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or urgent requests
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of scheduling systems and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to scheduling inquiries
