As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support Lightning Transportation by coordinating orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships for timely delivery.

  • Accurately enter customer orders and shipment details into Truckmate, monitor progress for timely delivery, and prepare uptodate documentation including bills of lading, shipping confirmations, and customs forms.
  • Coordinate with port personnel, operations, and websites to track shipments while collaborating with internal staff, brokers, and customers on accounts and shipments.
  • Act as the main contact for customers on order status and shipment tracking, promptly resolving any delivery or service issues.
  • Implement EOS within your position to enhance your skills and productivity while continually promoting the company’s core values.
