Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and multitasking? Merchandise Outlet, located in Mount Pleasant, MI, is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our Executive and ensure the smooth execution of both personal and business tasks. If you’re tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping things running like clockwork, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Executive’s schedule and activities are handled seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with a variety of tasks such as conducting research, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Managing schedules, including both administrative tasks and household errands (e.g., laundry, gardening).
  • Receiving and relaying messages for absences or urgent situations.
  • Acting as a liaison between business partners and company departments.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and transfers, as well as managing itineraries.
  • Planning events, such as organizing speakers for conferences.
  • Providing administrative support for business activities, such as processing orders and preparing presentations.
  • Organizing business trips and keeping track of expenses.
  • Arranging interviews with vendors and candidates.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries of supplies and goods.
  • Preparing reports, letters of recommendation, or other documents for business clients.
  • Managing delegated accounts.
