Position Mission: 


To deliver excellent customer service by answering and making calls, booking appointments, and providing helpful, timely communication that supports customer trust, loyalty, and company growth. 


Overview:


 Join Intermountain Home Services' Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative supporting homeowners across multiple home service brands. In this role, you'll help customers schedule service, answer questions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every interaction is accurate, professional, and helpful.  


Our state-of-the-art Customer Service Center is located in Sandy, Utah.


 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and emails and other channels. 
  • Coordinate service appointments for multiple home services brands with efficiency and accuracy 
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly 
  • Coordinate with dispatch and leadership as needed to streamline service 
  • Accurately input and update information in scheduling or CRM software 
  • Follow up with customers for service feedback, appointment confirmations or other questions
  • Have an always say yes mentality - eager to book every single opportunity 
  • Make outbound calls to increase capacity when inbound call flow is low 
  • Effectively present maintenance plan solutions to customers
