Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role,  new candidate will be responsible for processing registration and title transactions. Candidate will also verify that all documents are complete and accurate.
Must be a self starter and ability to work independently using web applications in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure. 
Professional appearance with daily attendance is essential to this position.

Responsibilities 
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails, professional phone etiquette is imperative
  • Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Excellent computer and customer management software skills required
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively, you will be multitasking multiple projects
Bilingual

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
