Customer Service Representative (CSR- Full time)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with genuine passion for healing and a gentle touch. The applicant should be team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
We provide Full benefits including PTO, Sick hours, Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401K.

Essential Functions:
  • Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage hospital communication efficiently.
  • Accurately enter and update client and patient information in the computer system.
  • Provide clear communication regarding services, estimates, treatment plans, and discharge instructions as directed by medical staff.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and handle invoicing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist in ensuring timely service for appointments and emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient care and client needs.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to fulfill the requirements of this position.
  • Work collaboratively with all team members and ensure actions support the hospital, doctors, and practice philosophy.
