Here are Your Responsibilities as a CSR at Mr. Electric

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of our team. You’ll be the first point of contact that customers have with us, and shape the customer’s perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.


Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

· You will answer customer calls, messages, emails and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.

· You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.

· You will follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work, and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.

· You will handle escalated customer issues that cannot be resolved by a Customer Service Representative
