The Small Business (SMB) Support Specialist will work with Sales Operations to ensure timely and accurate field communications.

What you will do in your role

As an SMB Support Specialist, your role involves overseeing and managing the completion of all SMB specific tasks for Russell Cellular and its Agent Partners. This includes holding an expert level understanding of the Business plans, promotions and platforms. You must maintain detailed records of all communications and notes made during each connection. You will focus on inspiring, supporting, and demonstrating the company's core values to provide a positive example and foster a cohesive team environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales Operations and the Virtual Training team to ensure the training context and field communication is accurate and relevant and that he team members receive the best possible information.

•    Knowledge of Office 365 products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
•    Knowledge in of Virtual Meeting platforms
•    Wireless Sales Experience Preferred
•    Ability to design, develop and deliver new hire training curriculum and other courses
