Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Remote Therapy Job in Kansas
Job Summary
A full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is needed to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Kansas. The focus is on helping adults better understand what they are experiencing, build healthier coping skills, and work through concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, work, or daily routines.
Your day may include video sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and follow-up care. Clients may be facing burnout, loss, persistent worry, low mood, trauma-related symptoms, or difficult personal transitions. The work is structured, practical, and centered on steady clinical support.
Location: Kansas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients across Kansas
  • Assess client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
  • Support clients with coping skills, stress management, self-awareness, and symptom reduction
  • Document session notes, care plans, risk concerns, and progress updates on time
