This position allows for flexibility, as you will be working remotely while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms and virtual sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, leading to informed clinical diagnoses and development of effective treatment plans.
• Provide tailored individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using methodologies grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Manage crisis situations by providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous confidentiality and security of client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and support that addresses all facets of clients’ needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will focus on a vibrant and diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds is essential in promoting a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to express their concerns and work toward healing.

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both clients and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving as part of a cohesive team.
• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

• While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we also welcome entry-level therapists who meet our educational requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
