• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients as scheduled, utilizing a user-friendly online platform.
• Facilitate conversations to encourage clients in discussing their emotions and life experiences.
• Assist clients in establishing and achieving their therapeutic goals to enhance overall well-being.
• Identify potential obstacles to recovery and suggest strategies to mitigate these challenges.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms suitable for their unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults with low acuity issues seeking improvement in their mental health. The continuity of care is paramount for us; thus, all clients undergo a thorough screening process before they enter the platform. This ensures that you are matched with clients who fit within your expertise and preferred demographic focus, ultimately enhancing the therapeutic relationship and treatment success.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory. Note: Candidates with limited licenses or any disciplinary actions will not be considered.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to understand and respect clients’ experiences.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with telehealth platforms and standard office software.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or digital mental health services will be prioritized. Experience dealing with diverse populations and different therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to connect with various clients.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, determined by the number of hours worked.
