• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions and needs, forming a foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques using secure virtual platforms, ensuring that sessions are both effective and sensitive to individual client contexts.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly providing support and feedback throughout their treatment journey.
• Incorporate a diverse range of therapeutic methods—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy—into treatment plans according to the client’s preferences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each therapy session, documenting client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuum of care.

Our therapists serve a wide array of clients from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is a must.
• A Master’s degree or a Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients through virtual platforms.
• A strong sense of empathy and cultural competency, helping to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively while adhering to compliance and documentation standards.

• Experience in telehealth practices is preferred, as it enhances your ability to connect with clients in an online setting.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is strongly favored, equipping you with the strategy to handle a diverse caseload.
• Familiarity with various therapy modalities and adaptability to use them as suitable per client needs.

• The salary range for this position is competitive at $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent upon client caseload.
