Job description

Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy - verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won't be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself - keep reading.
About the Socure Intelligence Community
The Socure Intelligence Community is a curated network of fraud, identity and risk leaders who collaborate to share real-world attack patterns, emerging threats, and response strategies across industries.
We bring this community together through in-person experiences, targeted virtual sessions, and an online platform for ongoing collaboration.
Our goal is to create a trusted environment where leaders exchange insights, build meaningful relationships, and collectively advance the future of identity, fraud prevention, and digital trust.
About the Role
We're hiring a Community Manager to build and run this community.
This is a builder role with real ownership. You'll work closely with the Head of Executive & Community Engagement to grow the network, shape the member experience, and ensure the community consistently delivers value.
You'll lead events, build member relationships, and turn conversations into actionable insights.
Location Requirements:
We are currently only able to hire candidates located in one of our location hubs: New York City, NY; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do
  • Build the network: Identify and recruit the right members. Maintain a high bar for who joins and why.
  • Design high-impact experiences: Run in-person and virtual sessions that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement.
  • Turn conversation into insight: Capture what matters and synthesize it into clear themes and takeaways.
  • Run the system: Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive internal leverage: Share those insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy to inform decisions and action.

What Success Looks Like
  • A trusted, highly engaged network of senior leaders
  • Consistent participation and repeat attendance
  • Insights that influence go-to-market and strategic decisions
  • Strong, direct relationships with key operators
  • Clear impact on brand, strategic accounts, and pipeline

What You Bring
  • Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and a track record of making things happen
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior leaders
  • Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through
  • 5-8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk is a plus
  • Curious, energetic, and great at connecting people and ideas

Why This Role Matters
Fraud is evolving quickly, accelerated by advances in AI that are increasing both the scale and sophistication of attacks.
New patterns emerge and spread across industries, making shared insight and coordination more important than ever.
This community exists to bring the right leaders together to stay ahead of those shifts.
By fostering trusted conversations and surfacing real-world insights, you help shape how the industry responds and ensure those learnings translate into action across Socure.
