Job Summary

As the OCM Coach, you will be responsible for developing and executing a change management strategy aligned with ERP implementation goals, conducting change impact assessments, and working with project leaders and stakeholders to align change management strategies with project goals and organizational structure.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic OCM Coach for a full-time, salaried opportunity that is hybrid in Dover, DE. The selected candidate will lead and support change initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness. As the OCM Coach you will be responsible for developing and executing a change management strategy aligned with ERP implementation goals, conducting change impact assessments, and working with project leaders and stakeholders to align change management strategies with project goals and organizational structure.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with ERP implementation goals

  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis

  • Collaborate with project manager to integrate change management activities into project plan

  • Work with project leaders and stakeholders to align change management strategies with project goals and organizational culture

  • Identify and engage stakeholders across business units

  • Work closely with business team to have full understanding of their business operations

  • Design and deliver targeted communication plan to promote awareness and understanding of ERP changes

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organizations

  • Manage expectations of stakeholders to ensure buy-in

  • Coach individuals and teams through the transition to new systems

  • Collaborate with training team to ensure programs are aligned with the needs of system users

  • Establish metrics to track change adoption, readiness, and resistance

  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve change strategies

  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained adoptio

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in organizational change management

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills

  • Experience with working with Microsoft applications and virtual meeting tools

  • Experience with financial, accounting, and reporting SaaS solutions and transformation projects

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$100,000 - $110,000 per year

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
