• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs and challenges of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapies.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
• Ensure consistent documentation of client progress in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
• Facilitate access to community resources, including support groups and interventions that promote overall well-being.
• Participate in case conferences with an interdisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources for effective treatment.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care practices to foster resilience and enhance quality of life.
• Remain informed of current mental health trends and best practices to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing mental health issues, particularly those from various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will encounter diverse client stories and challenges, each requiring a tailored approach that respects their unique circumstances and strengths. Your expertise will help guide these individuals towards improved mental health and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong foundation in social work principles, ethics, and client advocacy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems for documentation and client management.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of community mental health resources and programs.
• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health responses.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
