CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

Our contact center is looking for charismatic people with excellent phone and communication skills for a career in an interactive environment, with high energy. Grizzly is an employee focused company that appreciates employees, we host multiple employee events throughout the year and provide a fun atmosphere where employees look forward to coming to work!

Our contact center is built on teamwork, support, and growth. You’ll join a collaborative group that is training- and development-focused, where your success is our priority.

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour

Benefits: Full Time eligible

Hours: Mon.- Fri. 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Sat: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm(rotational)

Required start date: 4/6/2026

Location: Springfield, MO

Our contact center is a low pressure, no rebuttal environment with No telemarketing! We offer great hours including no nights and every other weekend off!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
  • Sell additional accessories
  • General clerical duties
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need.​

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of applicable customer service is required
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
  • Diploma or General Education Degree
