Our local accounting firm is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Client Service Coordinator / Bookkeeper who loves people and numbers that would enjoy working in a flexible and pleasant small-team work environment!

Qualifications

  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping, especially QuickBooks (Preferred)
  • Payroll and Sales Tax Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients entering our office, or calling on the telephone, and will be responsible for making them feel welcome and ensuring their experience is stellar!
  • You will have several assigned client accounts and will need to manage them with excellence and on time.
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, QuickBooks reports, payroll, and other accounting tasks.
  • There will also be some daily administrative tasks, such as making deposits, scanning, and client deliveries.
