Position Overview
As a Padres Camps Coach or Camp Educator, you will guide campers through daily activities focused on baseball and softball skill development.
Camp staff help create a supportive environment where young players can improve their athletic skills while learning teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship.
Staff work closely with Site Directors and fellow team members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead campers through baseball and softball drills and games
  • Teach and reinforce fundamental skills such as throwing, hitting, and fielding
  • Maintain a safe and organized camp environment
  • Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
  • Provide encouragement and feedback during drills and gameplay
  • Recognize teachable moments to help campers grow both athletically and personally
  • Work collaboratively with fellow camp staff and leadership
