Join Our Team: EL1 Sports Mobile Baseball Instructors Wanted!
Are you passionate about baseball and eager to inspire the next generation of athletes? EL1 Sports is looking for dynamic Mobile Baseball Instructors to join our team in the Philadelphia Metro Area. This mobile role focuses primarily on supporting baseball camps and clinics at various parks and fields around the city, providing top-level instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginners to advanced players.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Innovate: Deliver high-quality, skill-specific baseball instruction primarily at camps and clinics across Philadelphia's parks and fields.
  • Engage and Connect: Build lasting relationships with athletes, their families, and coaches, enhancing our strong community ties.
  • Tailor Your Approach: Provide tailored coaching that suits the age and skill level of each athlete in a dynamic camp or clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with Peers: Work alongside other skilled instructors, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance the quality of our programs.
  • Support Events and Programs: Play a crucial role in the setup, execution, and breakdown of our engaging baseball training events.

Requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has played and/or coached baseball at the collegiate and/or professional levels.
  • Boasts strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Can follow and adapt instructional plans and station rotations for various ages and abilities.
  • Is capable of adjusting instructional strategies to meet the needs of athletes as required.
  • Is willing to travel frequently within the Philadelphia metro area to support camps, clinics, and special events.
  • Maintains a supportive and encouraging mindset and attitude towards both colleagues and clients.
  • Is adept at learning and utilizing new technologies to enhance instruction and athlete experience.
  • Is prepared for frequent local travel to run programs in surrounding communities.
