Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Bankruptcy Associate Attorney for Bankruptcy and Restructuring in Boston, Massachusetts
An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 100+ years in practice is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team hybrid. This role will focus on Chapter 7, Chapter 11, creditor rights, debtor representation, and complex commercial restructurings, supporting sophisticated clients in high-stakes insolvency and restructuring matters.

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
3+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy and restructuring law
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
Experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, or committees in bankruptcy proceedings
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service
Responsibilities
Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery related to bankruptcy matters
Appear in bankruptcy court and participate in hearings and negotiations
Advise clients on restructuring strategies, creditor remedies, and insolvency risks
Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on complex commercial matters
Maintain direct client contact and contribute to case strategy development
