  • Facilitate discussions that encourage client insights about their emotions, experiences, and relationships.
  • Monitor clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Assist clients in establishing and practicing healthy coping mechanisms to enhance their emotional resilience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client demographic served includes stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health conditions. Our focus is on empowering clients to improve their quality of life by equipping them with the tools and strategies necessary for success. Therapists will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that every individual feels heard and supported.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, state-issued license (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or Psychologist) to practice independently; provisional licenses or those requiring supervision are not eligible.
  • No history of disciplinary action against your professional license.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting client relationships.
  • Technical proficiency with computer systems for telehealth therapy sessions, including a reliable internet connection and audio-visual capabilities.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in online therapy, particularly using solution-focused or cognitive behavioral approaches, will find this role advantageous. Additional experience in working with diverse populations and utilizing digital tools for therapy may be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are made via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
