Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, implementing evidence-based practices to address their specific mental health needs.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric colleagues and other counselors, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Utilize our integrated electronic medical records (EMR) system to access treatment software and assessment tools, enabling efficient monitoring of client progress and adjustment of care plans as necessary.
• Regularly assess client symptoms through automated self-assessments allowing for proactive modifications to treatment strategies in line with their evolving requirements.
• Participate in routine consultations with leadership and attend mandatory continuing education training (CEUs) to stay updated on best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population that includes individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Providing culturally responsive care is crucial, as your clients will vary significantly in backgrounds, experiences, and treatment histories. Emphasizing accessibility and equity, you will play a key role in ensuring that all clients receive the competent care they deserve.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice therapy independently, with at least one year of oversight experience as a licensed therapist.
• Dedication to treating a broad range of mental health conditions and willingness to engage with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of recent experience providing CBT and other validated therapeutic interventions to adults.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations, particularly those facing suicidal ideation or severe mental health challenges.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to integrate digital solutions into therapeutic practices, enhancing session delivery and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Enjoy the freedom of a remote position, where you can create your own schedule Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.
