Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Culinary Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Culinary Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?
  • Base level administrative support including managing & driving meetings, maintaining required signage & records, and assist in coordinating payroll and other routine operation cycles.
  • Assist with managing culinary staff onboarding requirements including a focus on compliance, professional development and retention
  • Partner with the unit's guest service team, ensuring engagement with any staff or service campaigns that advance the unit's culinary performance
  • Track inventory levels of basic kitchen supplies, developing pars & assist in orders, as necessary, to ensure smooth operations while supporting food cost initiatives
  • Handle guest inquiries related to menu offerings, dietary restrictions, etc.
  • Act as operational stakeholder for routine vendors including laundry, knife management, EcoLab, etc.
  • Support organization and operations of unique/large catering functions, as needed, with the culinary team

  • Assist culinary team in formalizing menus & other professional documents

  • Assist culinary team in routinely budgeting and updating cost cards, tracking expenses, and advancing cost-savings initiatives

  • Assist in culinary operations & creating a roadmap for professional advancement

  • Basic food prep and handling as needed

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a culinary administrative or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with purchasing software & various restaurant POS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a culinary setting
