Work Schedule: Desk Hours (7am to 1am daily) with special exceptions for move-in, move-out, and university holidays. Shifts primarily on Weekends on a rotating basis, with occasional weekdays
Desired Length of Employment: ongoing
Pay Rate: $8/hr
Key Components:
  • In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.

Job Description:
  • Greet visitors with excellent customer service
  • Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support
  • May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail
  • May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
