Job description

Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Off Wednesdays and Thursdays)

About the Role

Are you the type of person who notices when a picture frame is slightly crooked, a lightbulb is out, or a towel isn't folded perfectly? Do you take pride in creating a flawless first impression and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right?

We are looking for a meticulous, high-energy Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Inspector & Quality Rescue team member. This is a highly active, hands-on role. You aren't just checking boxes on a list; you are the ultimate line of defense ensuring our premium short-term rentals are flawless before the next guest arrives.

Because turnovers peak over the weekend, this position features a stable, permanent Friday through Tuesday schedule. If you love hospitality, have an unstoppable eye for detail, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to ensure perfection, we want to invest in your career.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Guest-Ready Inspections: Conduct rigorous, multi-point visual and functional inspections of properties following a cleaning. You'll verify staging accuracy, test electronics/appliances, check for maintenance issues, and ensure the property meets our premium standards.
  • Quality Rescue & Intervention Cleanings: You are our safety net. While our cleaning crews handle the primary cleans, standards must be immaculate. If a crew misses the mark, cuts a corner, or falls behind on a tight deadline, you will actively step in to fix it. This ranges from detailed touch-ups to deep-cleaning or completely finishing a property yourself to ensure a perfect guest check-in.
  • Hot Tub Maintenance: Perform routine hot tub care between guest stays, including skimming, testing and balancing water chemistry, logging chemical levels, and draining/refilling the tubs as needed to ensure a safe, pristine experience for guests.
  • Supply & Inventory Management: Track, organize, and restock guest amenities and cleaning supplies across your assigned properties. Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the central hub.
  • Digital Reporting: Utilize our mobile property management software to document property conditions, upload photos, and log completed tasks in real time.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

  • A "Whatever It Takes" Attitude: You take personal pride in the final state of the property and are entirely willing to clean, scrub, and reset spaces to make them perfect.
  • An Elite Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others miss-from a stray hair to a misplaced throw blanket.
  • Hospitality or Cleaning Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in professional cleaning, luxury residential services, short-term rental turns, or hotel housekeeping inspection is highly preferred.
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver's License: You will be driving between property locations throughout the day across the Nashville area. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record are required.
  • Problem-Solving Spirit: You can work independently, manage your time effectively under tight check-in windows, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and spend the majority of your shift on your feet or moving between locations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphone apps for tracking checklists, photo uploads, and time management.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year with steady, predictable income.
  • Fuel Stipend: Dedicated stipend provided to cover your gas expenses for travel between property locations.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued paid time off to ensure you can rest and recharge.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Plan for your future with our company retirement options.
  • Growth Opportunities: We actively prioritize promoting from within as our short-term rental operations continue to expand.
  • Set Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 8:30am-5pm shift with a mid-week "weekend" (Wednesdays and Thursdays)

We are an 'At Will ' employer.
In the event an offer is not made, we'll keep your application on file for a year
