IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE.

Our office phone lines are reserved for patients. To be considered for this position, you must submit an application through the job posting.

Calling our office directly regarding this position will disqualify your application.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

If you have worked in telepsychiatry before, you may know the feeling: high patient volume, short appointments, little clinical support, and the sense that you are simply a name on a roster rather than a clinician whose voice matters.

Our practice was built to be different.

Our practice is co-owned by a practicing PMHNP who continues to see patients every week and leads the clinical side of the organization with one guiding question:

“Would I want to work here, and would I want to be a patient here?”

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to become known as one of the best places in Arizona to receive mental health care — and one of the best places to practice it.

We want to help define what high-quality psychiatric care should look like in Arizona, and we are building a team of clinicians who want to be part of that mission.

THE ROLE

We are hiring two experienced PMHNPs who are willing to see patients in person at our Phoenix clinic at least one day per week.

The remainder of your schedule may be completed remotely through telehealth unless you prefer to work additional days in person.

• Our Phoenix clinic is open seven days a week
• You may select whichever in-person day works best for your schedule
• You are welcome to work more than one clinic day per week
• We offer a higher rate for in-person clinic days
• We are looking for clinicians who genuinely enjoy providing in-person care

Our Phoenix patients value the opportunity to receive care in person, and we are committed to continuing to provide that option.

WHY THIS POSITION STANDS OUT

Clinician Ownership and Leadership
A practicing PMHNP co-owns the organization and leads our clinical strategy. Our workflows and policies are designed by people who understand what it is actually like to provide psychiatric care.

A Genuine Clinical Team
We value communication, collaboration, peer support, and collegiality. You will have access to colleagues who understand the challenges and responsibilities of your work.

Paid Peer Connection and Continuing Education
Providers receive paid time every week for team connection and continuing education.

Your Own Dedicated Virtual Assistant
Every full-time provider receives a dedicated virtual assistant to help reduce administrative burden and keep each workday running smoothly.

An EMR Designed for Clinicians
Our PMHNP co-owner has personally spent hundreds of hours developing and customizing our EMR, templates, and clinical workflows.

The goal is simple: make patient care feel organized and efficient rather than exhausting.

Your Arizona CSPMP Report Is Ready for You
Our virtual assistants pull Arizona CSPMP reports daily so the information is available for review before your workday begins. No scrambling between appointments.

Administrative Support Is Handled for You

Our team manages:
• Scheduling
• Billing
• Insurance verification
• Credentialing
• Patient intake
• Technical support
• General administrative tasks

Appointments That Allow Time for Quality Care

60-minute psychiatric evaluations
30-minute follow-up appointments
60-minute follow-ups whenever clinically appropriate

Yes, we actually allow extended follow-up appointments when a patient needs more time.

Clinical judgment stays with the clinician — not a billing algorithm.

Flexible Scheduling
Your work is remote except for your selected weekly clinic day. You choose the clinic day that works best for you.

HOW WE CREATE A TEAM IN A REMOTE-FIRST PRACTICE
Providers generally participate in approximately two to three hours of paid meetings and educational programming each week, including:

Weekly PMHNP Team Meeting
One hour dedicated to:
• Case consultation
• Clinical discussion
• Peer support
• Team communication
• Collaboration with colleagues who understand your work

Weekly Continuing Education
One to two hours each week with a physician, psychiatrist, specialist, or guest speaker.

Our continuing education program has received excellent feedback from our clinicians. We bring in high-quality speakers and are committed to creating a culture of continuous learning and clinical growth.

The rest of your time belongs to you and your patients.

PATIENT POPULATION
Our primary patient population is adults ages 18 and older.
Treating adolescents or geriatric patients is entirely optional. We want clinicians to work with the populations and conditions they genuinely enjoy treating.

Whenever possible, we will prioritize building your caseload around your clinical interests and preferred patient population.

We believe clinicians provide their best care when they are able to do work they find meaningful and fulfilling.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:
• An active Arizona PMHNP license in good standing
• Current board certification as a PMHNP
• An active Arizona DEA registration
• At least two years of post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience
• The ability to commit to at least one in-person day per week at our Phoenix clinic
• A minimum availability of 20 hours per week

New graduates are not eligible for this position.

EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Choose the arrangement that best fits your professional and personal needs:

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.

W-2 BENEFITS

Eligible W-2 employees may receive:

• 401(k)

This is a hybrid position requiring at least one in-person day per week at our Phoenix clinic. The remainder of your schedule may be completed remotely through telehealth.

We take that commitment seriously, and we approach our hiring process accordingly.
