No professional care experience? No problem. We provide paid training and can help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA).
What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Pro, you will provide one-on-one care and companionship, including:
  • Companionship, conversation, and encouragement
  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping and household routines
  • Transportation, errands, shopping, and appointments
  • Helping seniors and Veterans remain safe and independent at home
