Executive Assistant

CompEye is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team. This teammate will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.

The Executive Assistant scope includes the following:

  • Meeting scheduling and calendar management.

  • Expense report preparation.

  • Travel booking.

  • Logistics planning for team meetings, including coordination with venues and other vendors.

  • Virtual meeting agenda preparation, facilitation, note taking, and recap note distribution.

  • Virtual records management.

  • Other projects and duties, as assigned.

Successful candidates have the following skills:

Additional requirements / qualifications include:

  • Ability to work completely on-site during regular business hours, at the headquarters office in Henderson, Nevada.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The teammate is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The teammate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
