SBA CPA is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! This position has a possibility for remote work, in person/hybrid preferred.

You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Payroll and Payroll Tax Processing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
