About the Role

Soroc, a Pomeroy Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Executive to drive strategic growth within a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on developing trusted executive relationships, expanding existing business, and identifying new opportunities across our technology solutions and managed services portfolio.

As a Senior Client Executive, you will lead a cross-functional virtual account team consisting of account management, inside sales, technical pre-sales, services sales, and executive leadership. Together, you will develop and execute account strategies that strengthen client partnerships, exceed business objectives, and deliver measurable value.

Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, revenue growth, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and achievement of sales targets.


Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Account Management
  • Manage one or more strategic enterprise accounts, including major financial institutions and telecommunications organizations, representing a portfolio exceeding $10 million annually.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with each client's business priorities and long-term objectives.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business and technology decision-makers.

  • Expand relationships within existing accounts by engaging new stakeholders and identifying additional business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual client meetings to strengthen partnerships and understand evolving business needs.

Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across Soroc's services and technology portfolio.

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to position comprehensive solutions that address client challenges.

  • Present and negotiate proposals, manage the sales cycle, and successfully close new business.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM best practices.

Client Success & Delivery
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Act as the executive point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

  • Lead regular business reviews and governance meetings with clients.

  • Prepare executive-level reporting, including account performance, SLA metrics, and strategic recommendations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis when service issues arise and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate a virtual account team across sales, technical, delivery, and executive functions.

  • Partner with Marketing to develop customer events, executive briefings, and solution-focused presentations.

  • Foster strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners to maximize business opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for clients.


QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.

  • Proven success selling complex IT solutions, managed services, or professional services into large enterprise organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts with significant annual revenue responsibility.

  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Experience selling to executive leadership, including C-suite decision-makers.

  • Financial Services and Telecommunications industry experience is considered an asset.
