Job description

You are the heartbeat of our arrival experience! We are looking for a highly energetic, customer-focused Valet Attendant / Customer Service Representative to be the first smiling face our guests see. In this dynamic role, you will do much more than park cars—you will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience by blending top-tier hospitality with sharp operational skills. [1]

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Ultimate Host: Greet guests warmly, answer questions with ease, and handle local hotel pick-ups and drop-offs to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
  • Master the Keys: Safely park and swiftly retrieve vehicles, keep the key management system locked down, and perform quick pre-park damage inspections for peace of mind.
  • Keep It Spotless: Maintain a pristine environment. You will keep the valet booth and parking area tidy, handle trash collection, and ensure restrooms are always fresh and restocked.
  • Oversee Safety & Security: Act as the eyes and ears of the lot, deterring vandalism, enforcing safety protocols, and keeping a close eye on space availability. [1, 2]
  • Handle Transactions & Tickets: Issue claim tickets, accurately process cash and credit card payments, and manage receipts flawlessly. [1]
  • Deliver VIP Care: Go the extra mile by assisting guests with disabilities or special needs, and always maintain a sharp, professional uniform and demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
