As the General Manager you will lead the overall performance, operations and financial success of our Murietta, California showroom. This role drives strategic growth, fosters a high-performance culture, delivers an exceptional client experience standards, and upholds the brand standards expected of a luxury automotive showroom.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen the brand's reputation within the region
  • Cultivate relationships with collectors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and brand partners
  • Oversee allocation strategy for limited-production and bespoke models
  • Design and lead a white-glove ownership journey from first inquiry through long-term retention
  • Personally engage with VIP clients and manage sensitive or high-visibility transactions
  • Deliver bespoke commissioning experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain elite CSI performance and protect brand reputation
  • Maintain full responsibility for the showroom P&L performance
  • Oversee revenue mix optimization across new, pre-owned, F&I transactions, and fixed operations
