Every year, we support over 750 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and thrive independently.

If you're looking for meaningful work that changes lives, this is your chance. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support our clients in the Rialto area.

As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3–4 individuals) at warehouse sites throughout the community. These clients are eager to work and grow—you’ll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. & every other Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Starting Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working on-site at warehouse facilities, coaching clients through tasks like packing, labeling, sorting, sanitation, or general production work

  • Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence

  • Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met

  • Identifying each client’s strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed

  • Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers

  • Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners

What We're Looking For

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, job tasks, and work sites

  • Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact

  • Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred

  • Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

  • Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED

  • A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
