Job Summary
Assists passengers who have special requirements, such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
$17.00/hr
Responsibilities
  • Assists and transports passengers requiring wheelchair assistance to/from assigned gate.
  • Carries, pushes, lifts, or pulls luggage for any passenger requesting assistance.
  • Safely lifts passengers up/down stairs of aircraft and in/out of wheelchairs.
  • Escorts VIP passengers and unaccompanied minors to/from flights and/or to meet a receiving adult.
  • Reads appropriate paperwork to identify name, flight information, date and special service request details to ensure passengers are taken to the correct destination.
  • Properly tags baggage to ensure they are routed to the correct destination.
  • Gathers wheelchairs in the concourse and returns them to the staging area for use.

Minimum Requirements
  • HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
  • Passenger Service Agent Learning Plan
  • TSA - General Security Awareness
  • FAA - Dangerous Goods Awareness
  • OJT - Passenger Assistance Equipment as required
