Your day-to-day work will include:Welcoming customers and creating a relaxed, supportive in-store experienceMeasuring for proper fit and guiding customers through personalized sit-and-fit consultationsRecommending footwear that provides comfort, support, and confidenceSupporting customers seeking relief from foot discomfort or improved everyday comfortYou don't need to be a foot expert on day one-we'll train you. What matters most is your ability to listen, care, and create a great experience for every customer.Product Knowledge & Brand EducationYou'll help customers understand why VIONIC footwear makes a difference by:Learning and explaining VIONIC's VIO MOTION™ technology in clear, approachable termsStaying familiar with new styles, seasonal collections, and best sellersSharing rewards and loyalty program benefits that enhance the customer experienceStore Support & IndependenceThis is a role for someone who enjoys working independently while providing outstanding customer service.
