Vintage Charm aims to create an inviting in-store experience where shoppers can discover new looks and wardrobe staples. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that support the brand’s aesthetic and customer-focused approach.

Role Description This part-time Visual Merchandiser role is an on-site position based in Granger, IN. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and maintaining appealing store layouts, product displays, and window presentations that reflect Vintage Charm’s brand and drive customer engagement. Daily tasks include refreshing product placement, styling mannequins, coordinating color stories and themes, and ensuring merchandising standards are consistently met. The role also involves collaborating with store leadership on promotional displays, supporting sales floor activities, and responding to customer inquiries when needed. Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
