Central Houston Nissan is looking to hire an Owner Loyalty Manager!
Job Summary:
The Owner Loyalty Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and assisting customers with their vehicle purchase.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement owner loyalty programs to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue.
  • Develop and manage customer communication and marketing campaigns to promote owner loyalty programs and drive customer engagement.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about owner loyalty programs and can effectively communicate program benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  • Analyze owner loyalty program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of automotive dealership experience in sales, service advising, BDC management, or dedicated customer relations.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with automotive dealership CRM software (e.g., VinSolutions, ReyRey) and customer feedback tracking platforms (such as Reputation.com or manufacturer survey dashboards).
