The Vineyard Technician/Intern supports day-to-day vineyard and winery operations with a focus on hands-on field work and practical skill development. Responsibilities may include vine suckering, tying, pruning, shoot and crop thinning, planting, and general trellis installation and maintenance. The role also involves mowing and light equipment operation, with occasional assistance in the winery cellar during harvest and other peak production periods. This position is well suited for an individual seeking practical experience in viticulture and small-scale winery operations.
