  1. Before Arrival:
  • Villa Host to assist Front Office Team, if Villas are vacant

    OTHERS

  • Any Vacant Villa should be on Vacant Clean mode
  • To finalize the guest bill and ease procedures for the payment formalities.
  • Packing up of luggage upon guest request
  • Departure letter from Villa Manager

  • Departure:
  • Final check of invoices (To be carried out 72 hours prior to departure)
  • Coordinate & organise transfer from Villa.
  • Collect from Front Office a copy of the bill for the guest to double-check his consumption & eventually to finalise payment.
  • Promote guests in posting positive reviews on Trip Advisor and ReviewPro

  • Coordinate guest day to day activities with other departments
  • Coordinate with F&B outlet regarding breakfast, lunch, dinner and BBQ
  • Note down all habits and hobbies of the guest for guest history
  • Propose FnB Planner / Propose personalise service to the guests

  • During Stay
  • Preparation of welcome registration card and welcoming letter, with the Front Office Team
  • Welcome guest upon arrival.
  • Check in guest directly into the villa as per standard welcoming procedure

  • Upon Arrival
  • Coordinate with Villa Manager or Front Office Manager, of Villa operations, regarding guest history if any.
  • Deep cleaning of Villa (the villa and its surroundings)
  • Deep cleaning of Villa if Villa is back-to-back
  • Make sure all villa inventory (linen, products, etc) are available
  • Ensure that particulars or special request is followed up.
  • Prepare arrival set up - welcoming cocktail, champagne in ice bucket (where applicable) + fruit bowls as per hotel/villas standards.
  • Ensure that Villa is ready set up with guest preferences and amenities half an hour prior to guest arrival time.
Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Middle or Secondary Education + Additional ย training or certificatesย in the relevant field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry.
  • Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts.

Technical skills

  • Polyvalent skills.
  • Excellent knowledge about customer service.
  • Superb multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and another language, written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
