Position: Maintenance Technician
About the Role:
Keeping our community running smoothly requires the talents of an experienced Maintenance Technician. You’ll work hands-on to maintain both the interior and exterior of our buildings and grounds, ensuring they meet high standards and regulatory requirements. Our residents will value your work as you help create a safe and comfortable environment every day.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Work closely with the supervisor and residents to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain proper inventory while working within the operating budget.
Repair and prepare rooms for new residents.
Maintain curb appeal and community amenities.
Perform plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
Adapt to changing workflows while meeting deadlines.
Assist other properties as needed.
Manage time effectively and complete work with quality and efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
This position is classified as Heavy Work. It involves lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally and frequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.
