To thrive in a Nursing Home Kitchen role, you need a solid understanding of food safety, meal preparation, and dietary requirements, often supported by experience in institutional or healthcare food service. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, basic food handler certifications, and dietary management systems is typically required.
