If yes, then Centro Restaurant Group (CRG) is looking for you to join our team at U.S. Bank Stadium!

As a Game Day Crew Member, you'll be part of the team serving Hippo Pockets and Centro food during Minnesota Vikings games. We operate two stands within U.S. Bank Stadium, and our crew members will help provide fast, friendly, and memorable service to fans throughout game day.

Your Impact

As a Game Day Crew Member, you are an integral part of the guest experience at U.S. Bank Stadium. You'll help ensure that every fan receives quality food, friendly service, and an efficient experience from the moment they approach our stands.


You will:

  • Come to work as your authentic self, ready to support your team
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Provide quick, accurate, and attentive customer service
  • Take guest orders and accurately process transactions
  • Answer questions about menu items and assist guests with their selections
  • Prepare and serve Hippo Pockets and Centro food according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
  • Cook and assemble food to order while maintaining speed and quality
  • Expedite and package food for guests
  • Replenish food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies throughout the game
  • Work efficiently during high-volume periods and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Communicate clearly with teammates to keep orders moving and service running smoothly
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, counters, equipment, and service areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking
  • Properly handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods as required
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and hospitality
  • Work collaboratively between the Hippo Pockets and Centro stands as needed
  • Help create a positive and energetic game day experience for Vikings fans
  • Be a conscientious and professional representative of Centro Restaurant Group


Compensation & Game Day Schedule

  • $16.37 per hour / Plus tips
  • Part-time, game day position
  • Primarily scheduled for Minnesota Vikings home games
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Work takes place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis
