Position Summary: Always Compassionate Home Care Coordinators work with our caregivers to ensure they are providing our clients with the compassionate care our clients deserve. Coordinators focus on delivery of care through scheduling and continuous communication with our Paraprofessional Division.
Responsibilities:
  • Staff personnel according to home care patient's schedules for our paraprofessional division (HHA/PCA)
  • Partners with recruiters and coordinators to ensure immediate and effective scheduling staff.
  • Maintains a daily call log
  • Communicate all relevant information to employee and job applicants
  • Performs Intakes
  • Follows up with clients, and families regarding schedule changes
  • On call after hours required

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Staffing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - heavy phone volume
  • Must have the ability to work as a team, and maintain a professional working relationship with patients, and referral sources
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to adapt to a very fast paced environment
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office

References required. Job is full time Monday through Friday. Benefits, paid time off; salary offer based on experience.
