Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business.
I'm a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I am-I stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact.
I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
