Multimedia Specialist Intern

Position Summary

The Multimedia Specialist Intern will support the Corporate Communications team by creating engaging visual and digital content that showcases the company's people, culture, products, community involvement, and business achievements. This internship provides hands-on experience in photography, videography, graphic design, social media content creation, and corporate storytelling within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented student or recent graduate with a passion for visual storytelling and multimedia production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in capturing photos and videos of company events, employee activities, manufacturing operations, volunteer initiatives, and community outreach programs.
  • Support the production and editing of videos for internal communications, social media, recruitment, public relations, and corporate marketing purposes.
  • Create graphics, presentations, digital signage content, and promotional materials that align with company branding standards.
  • Help develop employee spotlight stories, anniversary features, and other content that highlights company culture and workforce achievements.
  • Assist with social media and digital content creation, including photography, short-form videos, graphics, and captions.
  • Organize and maintain photo, video, and digital asset libraries.
  • Support corporate events by documenting activities and producing post-event content.
  • Collaborate with team members on communication campaigns, special projects, and multimedia initiatives.
  • Perform other communications and multimedia-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications


Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Multimedia Production, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
  • Portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia projects.
