Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in access control systems, intrusion alarms, and video management systems, with a solid understanding of relay logic and basic IP networking. This role requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Excellent customer relations skills and a clean driving record are essential. Comfort with working on ladders and aerial/scissor lift platforms is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, intrusion alarms, and video management systems.
  • Perform software installation and programming for security systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems, relay logic, and basic IP networking.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs.
  • Operate and work safely on ladders and aerial/scissor lift platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • System Certifications are a plus
