Deep Logic Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals in Fort Worth, Texas. This remote role allows you to work from home while connecting with clients via teletherapy sessions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address shared mental health challenges, fostering community and connection among participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Respond to mental health crises, providing timely interventions and support to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower self-management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative treatment strategies.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies, applying this knowledge in practice.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. The predominant patient demographic is composed of adults and adolescents experiencing emotional and psychological distress, making your role critical in facilitating their healing journey. You will also have the opportunity to provide culturally competent care and support to individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic treatment modalities.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical foundation with sound judgment in professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
• A collaborative mindset conducive to working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience in providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations, particularly adults and adolescents, will enhance your ability to meet the needs of our clients effectively. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology is a plus, given the remote nature of this role.
