As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of your clients.
• Facilitating clients’ understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and relationships to foster personal insight.
• Monitoring client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and guiding clients in developing effective coping techniques.

The therapists at Strategic Resources primarily serve a diverse population of low acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health issues. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes gentle, consistent care aimed at improving the quality of life for clients and equipping them with the skills they need to thrive.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, unrestricted license allowing independent practice, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a genuine and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy, demonstrating proficiency in digital therapy platforms and documentation.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings or specialization in certain modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based practices will find these skills beneficial in this role. Familiarity with remote therapy technologies and techniques is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on the hours worked and level of experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
