KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution and Project Management
• Concept and execute integrated, multi channel campaigns, with a strong focus on digital first thinking
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs to communicate experience flows
• Support photo and video production across internal studio teams and external partners
• Deliver high quality work across multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Marketing and Brand Strategy
• Translate strategy into compelling, audience centric visual systems and experiences
• Create intuitive, engaging digital experiences informed by UX and UI best practices and human centered design
• Apply knowledge of platforms, tools, and cultural trends to keep work relevant and effective

• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and cross functional teams to develop unexpected, breakthrough ideas
• Present and communicate creative work with clarity, confidence, and a strong point of view

Requirements
Must have:
• 3+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or digital experience design
• A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and craft across a range of work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including experience working within design systems
• Understanding of digital ecosystems, including web, social, motion, and interactive experiences
• Familiarity with UX and UI principles, including usability, accessibility, and performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and continuous learning
