Prime Video's Cross Functional Central Program Team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational programs that drive Prime Video's technology and product evolution

This role operates across multiple organizations, delivering initiatives where the problem and strategy may not yet be fully defined. You will use your expertise and judgment to determine the right goals, design long-term solutions, and align stakeholders to deliver outcomes with meaningful customer and business impact.
As a Senior TPM, you will lead programs that sit across domains including Client Customer Experience (CX), Personalization and Discovery, Commerce, and Beta initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, science, and business leaders across Prime Video to drive technical decisions, simplify complex problem spaces, and deliver solutions that leverage ML/AI capabilities to advance our mission of being the first-stop entertainment destination for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex programs with cross-organizational impact, operating across multiple organizations within Prime Video
- Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces where the problem, strategy, and solution path may not yet be fully defined
- Define program scope, requirements, and long-term plans for initiatives with high leadership visibility
- Identify gaps and risks across systems and teams; design simplified solutions that address constraints and deliver the best outcome
- Drive technical decisions and architectural trade-offs across engineering teams, representing benefits and challenges of each approach
- Partner with science and engineering teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into cross-domain programs
- Influence stakeholders and partner teams through data-driven judgment to align on the right goals and priorities
- Build consensus across organizations, presenting complex decisions and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership
- Establish and drive program mechanisms that ensure consistent delivery and long-term operational excellence
- Clear roadblocks with the right resources, escalating when appropriate to maintain program momentum
- Simplify and drive the use of best practices across the TPM and engineering communities
- Mentor and develop other TPMs on the team

Your primary focus is driving complex, cross-team programs from ambiguity to delivery

On any given day, you might be defining requirements with engineering leads, clearing roadblocks across partner teams, or presenting program trade-offs to senior leadership. You will work closely with science and product teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into customer-facing experiences. You will balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, making trade-offs between short and long-term needs.

Beyond program delivery, you will contribute to team mechanisms, mentor other TPMs, and help shape how we operate as a central program team.
